Hayford Siaw
Founder

Hayford Siaw

Hayford founded VPWA in 2007 and has since worked on varied development projects to uplift people in his community. He holds an MBA from the University of Ghana Business School and a Ford Motors International Fellowship, studied Non-Profit Management and Leadership at School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), Columbia University, New York.
Portia Adwoa Siaw
Director - Administration and Finance

Portia Adwoa Siaw

Portia is committed to helping marginalised women and children, especially girls through diverse initiatives. She is the brain behind the award-winning microfinance project of VPWA- MicroQuips, providing small loans and leasing support to women entrepreneurs.
