Hayford Siaw, Founder of Volunteer Partnerships for West Africa (VPWA) on 21st September 2017, spoke to about 500 students from around the country gathered at the Law Faculty of University of Ghana on ”Building Sustainable Social Enterprise”. Using an engaging and practical interaction method, he used his rich experience on building and developing
social enterprise to guide the audience on significant steps to undertake in growing a competitive and sustainable social entrprise.
The event was organized by the Institute of Applied Human Excellence with funding from the C. Charles Jackson Foundation. The event was titled : Young African Leaders and Entrepreneurs Summit (YALES).

Mr Siaw is an accomplished Ghanaian Social Entrepreneur with vast projects in Education, Health,Governance, Technology, Agriculture and Housing. He holds an Executive MBA from University of Ghana Business School, as well Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Picker Centre for Executive Education, School of International and Public Affairs(SIPA), Columbia University, New York. He is a Ford Fellow of 92Y and Tigo Digital Change Leader.
