VPWA IS AN NGO PARTICIPANT OF UNITED NATIONS GLOBAL COMPACT

God's Eye Orphanage Volunteering

God’s Eye Orphanage is located in Nkwanta, North of the Volta Region and about 250km from Accra. The Volta Region is one of the poorest parts of Ghana. The town has electricity and telephone service, as well as an internet café. Nkwanta is near to some popular tourist attractions including waterfalls, the monkey sanctuary and the tallest mountain in Ghana, all of which can be visited by volunteers at the weekends.

When you do a volunteer place at GEO, you will initially spend two days in Accra under the supervision of VPWA who will help acclimatise you before you head to Nkwanta. We do hope you will enjoy your stay while helping those who need it most. Send your inquiries to info@vpwa.org
